Custom Color Products

Some of our products are individually color-customizable. These products have large color picker elements on their product pages, and allow you to choose dominant product colors to your individual liking, freely from the sRGB color spectrum. These products all have the word 'CUSTOM' in their title.

For these Custom Color products return/refund procedures are limited to items that arrive in faulty condition.

 

Ordering

Ordering at LURABLE works just as you might expect:

  1. You add the items you would like to purchase to your Shopping Cart.
  2. Checkout: You specify where you would like us to ship those items and select a shipping option.
  3. You review your complete order details (incl. prices and shipping fee).
  4. You choose a payment method and complete payment.

Manufacture

Our products are typically manufactured on demand, meaning that after your order comes in, it may take some 3-7 business days before your order is ready for shipping.

 

Shipping

For EU- and USA-based orders:

  • Shipping time will be 6-8 business days.
  • Shipments originate from locations within the EU and USA respectively, so there should be no customs-related hold-ups.

Returns, Replacements, Refunds

We will refund items arriving in faulty condition or replace them for you free of charge.

For items arriving in good condition (i.e. as advertised) our return/refund procedures apply only for items that are not color-customized.
